International Association of Yoga Therapists Privacy CommitmentThe International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and the privacy of our members. It is our goal to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private, and is used only for the purposes as set forth herein. This Statement reflects our commitment to you.
Information About All IAYT Website VisitorsIn general, we only gather information about our website visitors collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services and information users access the most. We only use such data anonymously and in the aggregate. This information helps us determine what is of most interest to our visitors, and how we can continually create a better website for you.

IAYT may collect, for internal use, statistical information about our membership in order that we may better serve them. This may include such information as the distribution of our membership by location, "style", age, etc., as well as other information an association may reasonably collect in order to better understand and serve its membership.
This statistical information may also be used, in the aggregate, as IAYT works to serve the mission of the organization. For example, we may wish to answer questions such as "What % of our members have been teaching more than 10 years?" or "What % of our members are also health professionals and/or researchers?"
